LibrarySeed Labs supports built-in, compliant e-signature capabilities for all investor subscriptions. That means that investors can e-sign their subscription agreements directly on Seed Labs, without being required to use an external service.

The end result of this process is that the final and fully executed agreement— made available to investors upon the closing of the deal— will have two investor signatures: one off-platform signature at the discretion of the investor, and one on-platform signature auto-generated by Seed Labs.
