# What are my tax obligations?

Every year, Seed Labs will issue Schedule K-1s as needed for each deal you have invested in that has taxable activity. 

These filings report any gains, losses, or valuation changes to your interest in a Deal. 

It is your responsibility to work with your jurisdiction's tax professionals to ensure you are in line with your region's guidelines. Seed Labs does not provide tax advice.
